Okay here's the scoop . Matthew and I went out Sat. He took me to the Philbrook museum in Tulsa that is absolutely amazing. They have a formal and informal garden in the back that he was nice enough to let me drag him through. When you stand where the two gardens meet and look back at the building with the little formal hedges I could just see the Victorian ladies sweeping through with their hoop skirts and huge wigs. And then he took me a place called Sushi Train where if you sit at the bar there is a train that goes around the sushi chefs and they just keep adding plates of different stuff so when you see what you want you just snag it and it wasn't ungodly priced like sushi normally is here in OK. On the upside he is definitely cuter than I remembered and we rode around Tulsa on the Harley that belonged to his brother who died in a car accident a year ago. He seems really nice and we definitely had some chemistry going on. I was a bit concerned if we would or not since he's a bit bigger boy then I normally see, but at this point I figured begers can't be choosers and was very pleasantly surprised. He is a smoker, and doesn't drink coffee, although he said he will make sure to have coffee in the house next time I come by. He took me out to coffee to help wake me up so I could drive home and then took me to this really neat place on a walking bridge that when you stand in the center your voice echoes back from every direction.
I officially told the lover we were on ice until otherwise notified and he seemed to take it well but you just never know.
On the knitting front I finally got tired of not knowing how to do the next stitch so I found a video at knittinghelp.com and figured it out..I can now cast on and do a knit stitch!!! I was hoping to order the materials for the certain surprise I'm making but the paycheck just didn't get that far.
Jenger if you read this I want to know how to make my stuff in the etsy store show up on the side like your. And I am so proud of you for getting stuff back in there.
Boyo's team won on Sunday and he ref'd Sat morning. He played goalie yesterday since he is getting tired of always playing defense and had a lot of fun but he got bored easy. They won 5-0!!!! as for this upcoming weekend I'm already swamped with stuff. I'm up for OT which I need the money so I'll be working. Boyo is ref'ing Sat morning and has a game Sat afternoon then a b-day party and ref's again on Sun.
I was bad and didn't go to work today since I was feeling yucky, I'm having one of those days where my sinuses are all messed up and making my tummy hurt and I just feel bleh! But I will be a good girl and get my butt to work tomorrow. I'm suppose to have two dr appt this week but since they are both on the other side of the world and different days I think I will move one two weeks out and go from there.

yuck day
well my morning started out with a headache from yesterday. Then I got the news that Linda Reed passed away this morning. She is a lady that used to work with us but retired last year because she was fighting cancer. Well the battle was officially over today. I've been praying for her not to be in pain anymore, but I just wasn't ready to say good bye yet. And it was weird at work because everybody is acting like nothing happened or anything is wrong except for excess trips to the ladies room to hide out and cry...or at least that was what I was doing in the ladies room. I thought about being really bad and having the last of my vino in the fridge which is off limits due to the diet. But the scale was calling me and I stopped there first and even though it was late in the day and I have eaten almost everything I will eat for today it showed me as being down a total of 5 pounds from last week, so I have skipped the vino and sauteed some shrooms and am having cottage cheese with it. Odd combination but it was some of the few things left in the fridge that even sounded good. I picked up some Tofu Monday night and am still reading on how to cook it....I'm exhausted both physically, mentally and emotionally and all I want to do is go to bed. which is actually an option I might persue.
the lover stopped by to hug me today even though he didn't know what was going on I had just sounded sad on the phone.
the emails from Matt in Tulsa are still going and he dropped a hint that maybe he needs to take me dancing since I seem to miss it so much. I know I had mentioned that I like to dance and hadn't been for a long time so I guess that is where he got the impression from.
2 of my dogs got out yesterday. Raja and Prince have not returned as of yet. Pasha, Raja's brother just sits at the gate and cries for him. They have never been apart in their 2 years.
tomorrow will be better!! I ordained it so.

another day in mayhem!!
well I went to work for a few hours this morning and then left for my eye exam. Good news is that they only changed the script on my left eye and the right eye is holding and terrible but no more terrible than before. The eye Dr. asked me if I get headaches when I read for prolonged periods why don't I just take out my contact and move the book closer. Apparently he doesn't get that I can't read anything past six inches from my face and I refuse to sink to literally having my nose in my book...
On the school front for boyo he seems to be holding his own and has all good reprts from his teachers so far!!! Now comes the fun part that as o fnext week his soccer games start and we will see just how exhausted he's going to be with refing in teh am and playing in the pm?
On my school front, the quiz that was screwed up last week, my new grade is a 98%!! I took the second test and currently I have a 100% but there are 2 question that have yet to be graded since they are short answer....
The Lover is still devotedly hanging on and trying to make amends.
Matt from Tulsa is exchanging daily emails with moi so that seems to be moving along smoothly.
I am almost through week one of my diet and only got a little crazy about weighing myself. I have the bad habit of once I start I obsess about it and it can get kind of ugly and demotivating!! Any way there is a slim chance that I may be down 3 pounds since Sunday. I haven't made it back onto the elliptical until today, but have been doing 5-7 sets of stairs at work so I figured that had to count for something and my hips were killing me from the stairs. Tomorrow will be interesting I have a 12 hour shift of OT which is normally very boring and I tend to snack off and on due to the boredom. So I went grocery shopping today and tried to pick out fresh veggies to snack on and not blow everything to hell. I was very tempted to go to Taco Bell after my eye appt. but I resisted!!! One more week of the really harsh stuff and I can put small amounts of fruit back in my diet!
I watched The Other Boleyn Girl today, absolutely loved it even though it is a very sad event in history.

when blogging counts as part of your school work!!
Life is weird on occasion. I had to read several pages on my BS textbook about how to be a better student and human! I find this rather agro due to the fact that if I haven't figured it out by now it's probably to late. Last week it was financial aid and how to make a budget. I'll have you know I have financial aid after fighting with a school in Louisiana for 7 years because they screwed it up and kept telling me they had fixed it. As for a budget I do mine 6 months at a time how else could I afford school and a life and the boyo!!! This week it's all about critical thinking and being organized. I am as organized as I will ever be. I am a firm believer in organized disorganization.It worked well in my last job because I had a supervisor that would take receipts for my work credit card off my desk and then loose them. It would weird her out when she would ask for something from the mess of my desk and I could tell her which pile and how far down to locate it. And people say there is no method to my madness. Anyway at the end of each little chapter there is a reminder message that perhaps if you add these topics to your blog it might help you retain the information, so technically I can be blogging and consider it homework time, especially since I normally mention school in my blog anyway..."Does sound like I've lost my mind thought"...anyway the quiz I was gripping about that had questions we hadn't cover, I got an nasty gram back from my professor that she had already been made aware of her error and would be correcting my score, so I wasn't the first one to piss in her cheerios!!! I went wireless with my internet last month and it took way more work then it should have but after 4 phone calls and almost 4 hours of dealing with AT&T I got it taken care of so I could get rid of the home phone I never use but the local phone company requires for their broadband and was charging me an arm and a leg for. Well my new bill popped up online and it scared the heck out of me due to the total being $200...so I perused the contents and found out that they had prorated last months services and added a month in advance plus an activation fee. I promptly called today about that because I was told that due to my aircard being a refurbished(free instead of $100 and wait for a refund) that there would be no activation fee...so I at least got that taken off of the bill to the tune of $40...so I should be back on that budget I mentioned earlier by next month.
As for the love life, the lover was very adamant about me not breaking things off after his unavailability this weekend which seems to be more and more often..I said I was putting our sex life on ice until I felt I was more of a priority, we'll see if he remains talking to me after that! As for the gentleman the Shellyanne sent me his email..His name is Matt, 30, no kids, works for IBM in Tulsa, which is about 1 1/2 hours away depending on how fast you drive. To me this sounds like a good thing, we can do the email thing for a while and really decide if we want to be more than friends and none of that upfront I want to meet you crap.
I think I'm turning into a crank, but it may have to do with the fact that my period started today( the lover is shooting blanks!!!!) and since I restarted my south Beach diet technically yesterday I can have no sugar, and being a sugar fiend to begin with doesn't help!!!
On the up side my copy of Dark Curse should be shipping today, it is the newest release for Christine Feehan's Dark series, I think this is book #19 and I have them ALL!!! I have all of her books it's kind of scandalous really and I paid an obscene amount of money for this one but it will be well worth it!!
